Hi, I'm Ronan Williams, a Software Engineer with a passion for creating efficient and reliable systems. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Dublin City University and have over three years of experience in the tech industry, specializing in Python, Java, JavaScript, and C#.

At Optum in Dublin, I was part of a team that developed a service for clinical data acquisition, contributing significantly to the organization's success and generating multi-million in revenue. I enjoyed working with my colleagues to solve complex problems and improve our systems. My key contributions included implementing custom Spring boot actuator endpoints to ensure zero downtime during deployments and creating a Python test framework that enhanced quality assurance beyond the existing 80% code coverage.

During my internship at Irish Life, I focused on debugging and creating C# Selenium automation tests, which reduced flaky tests by over 50% and improved our CI/CD pipeline's efficiency.
