I am a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) with 15+ years of experience across finance, strategy, and operations, including roles at a CFO-equivalent level supporting complex service organizations. I work with founders and leadership teams to improve financial clarity, strengthen decision-making, and build more scalable operating structures.

My focus is on translating financial and operational data into clear, decision-ready insight. I support organizations with financial planning and modeling, cash flow visibility, performance management, and operating model design. I also bring experience in cost optimization, pricing and cost recovery structures, and aligning financial strategy with day-to-day execution.

A significant part of my work has involved leading transformation initiatives in decentralized and stakeholder-heavy environments. This includes implementing new financial frameworks, reporting structures, and governance models, and ensuring they are adopted and sustained in practice. I have worked closely with senior leadership teams and alongside external advisors, including Big 4 firms, to move from strategy to execution.

I am particularly well-suited to growing service-based and technology-enabled businesses that are navigating complexity, scaling operations, or seeking more structured financial insight. Typical engagements include building or refining forecasting models, improving financial reporting and KPIs, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping leadership teams align financial performance with operational priorities.
