I'm not your day-to-day project manager. I'm the person your PMs report to, the one your executives trust to translate complexity into clear outcomes, and the steady hand that keeps large, multi-stakeholder programs on track without losing sight of the people doing the work. As a mentor and coach, I'm as invested in the growth of the people around me as I am in the success of the program itself.

Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, I work remotely and on contract across Canada, with the ability to travel up to 25%, and am open to hybrid or onsite engagements within the Halifax region. Outside of work, I'm most often found on a trail with my dog — honestly, where some of my best thinking happens.
