I'm a climate change and social impact professional, specialising in research, policy, grant writing, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement. Currently, I work as a Project Lead with the City of Toronto under their Environment, Climate & Forestry division in the Net-Zero Buildings Unit, focusing on advancing equity-aware retrofit support and program development across residential and institutional, commercial, and industrial (ICI) buildings. I also work with a climate-focused research hub at the University of Toronto, primarily focusing on developing new research directions, writing grant proposals, and undertaking strategic communications for place-based, just, and plural climate action.

Over the last ten years, I have worked extensively across the development and climate change ecosystem in Canada and India, and have developed expertise in leveraging a spectrum of communication tools to strategically and effectively engage with diverse types of audiences. I also have over 7 years of experience with freelance writing (op-eds, articles, blog posts) for clients spanning a wide range of industries. I have the expertise to blend technical knowledge and strategic narratives to build effective outputs, ranging from policy briefs, reports, and articles, to podcasts and visual content.
