Koushik Sivarama Krishnan

I’m a Machine Learning Engineer with 3+ years of experience, who loves turning messy text, images, and audio into reliable ML products. Recently, I’ve been focused on GenAI, LLM/RAG systems, and RL-powered agents that help real teams search faster, decide better, and trust their AI tools. I completed my MEng in Applied Data Science and have published on topics like medical imaging and deep learning, but the work I’m proudest of is much simpler to explain: helping people find the right information in minutes instead of hours, reducing the number of cases that “fall through the cracks,” and giving non-technical teams tools they actually enjoy using. I’ve driven similar initiatives across insurance, legal tech, sports analytics, and audio AI, places where the stakes are real and the data is messy. A lot of my time is spent listening to how people currently work, then quietly reshaping their workflows so that ML is in the background, making the experience feel easier and more responsive.
