With more than 25 years of leadership experience in environmental management, occupational health and safety, real property operations, and large-scale project delivery, I support organizations in solving complex operational challenges with clear strategy, strong governance, and measurable results. Throughout my career in the federal public service, I have led national programs, advised senior leaders and delivered risk-managed solutions in safety-critical and politically sensitive environments.

My expertise includes environmental compliance, OHS program development, contaminated site remediation, emergency and crisis response, risk management, and sustainable real property operations. I have successfully overseen multi-million-dollar infrastructure and remediation projects, developed management systems aligned to CSA standards, and modernized national programs to improve compliance, performance, and accountability.

Known as a collaborative and level-headed leader, I excel at stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and guiding organizations through uncertainty, change, and complex regulatory environments. I bring deep experience working with unions, central agencies, municipalities, science-based departments, Indigenous partners, and technical specialists to drive progress and build consensus. My work as a volunteer firefighter further reinforces my calm, structured approach to crisis management and life-safety decision-making.

I hold a Master of Science in Environmental Practice, an Environmental Professional (EP) designation, Secret security clearance, and extensive experience managing high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
