With a degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics, I have developed a strong foundation in quantitative analysis and problem-solving.

I worked as a computer instructor for five years, where I was responsible for designing and teaching courses on desktop publishing, Microsoft Office packages, and data structures. I ensured that students acquired the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the 21st century. I am skilled at creating a positive learning environment and delivering engaging and inspiring lectures.

Following that, I worked as a mathematics teacher for over seventeen years. With my extensive teaching experience and passion for fostering mathematical understanding in students, I successfully created engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles, helping students achieve a deep comprehension of mathematical concepts.

My experience includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and helping customers navigate the company’s products and services. I handle issues related to billing, track orders for updates, and resolve data integrity problems such as stuck orders and billing discrepancies, as well as closing accounts with no active assets. I respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and can maintain composure when dealing with challenging situations.
