I’m a technical writer with over 20 years of experience in IT, including earlier roles as a web developer and SaaS software engineer. That engineering background allows me to quickly understand complex systems and translate technical, architectural, and compliance requirements into documentation that is clear, structured, and useful.

I’ve worked across SaaS, MSP, and IoT environments, developing governance-aligned process documentation, enterprise software guides, and end-user technical content. Whether defining audit procedures, documenting system workflows, or creating user manuals for connected devices, I bring a systems-level perspective that ensures accuracy while keeping the user experience front and center.
