I am a multidisciplinary healthcare and operations professional with strengths in client-centered support, team coordination, documentation, education, and workflow organization. My background includes rehabilitation support for individuals with acquired brain injuries and spinal cord injuries, as well as leadership experience in housekeeping management, where quality control, training, and efficient systems are essential.

One of the professional experiences I am especially proud of was participating in the setup and creation of the outpatient orthopedic clinic at Ross Memorial Hospital. Being part of that process strengthened my skills in collaboration, problem-solving, organization, and building practical systems that support both teams and clients.

I enjoy projects that involve healthcare support, client education, clear documentation, operational systems, training materials, and improving day-to-day workflows. I am passionate about work that helps people feel supported, informed, and set up for success.

I am also someone who genuinely enjoys learning new things and expanding my skills. I bring a professional, reliable, and adaptable approach to every project, along with a strong commitment to doing thoughtful, high-quality work.
