Charmi Chokshi

Charmi is an AI Product Manager and Team Lead at Natural Resources Canada, with a Master’s in Machine Learning from Mila and the University of Montréal. Her work focuses on building impactful AI systems at scale.

She previously worked at AWS Textract on model-based noisy annotation detection and correction, and at the startup Shipmnts, where she built an AI-powered Document Understanding Platform for global supply chains.

She is a Google Developers Expert (AI & GCP), has spoken at 30+ conferences worldwide, and has trained over 30,000 professionals in ML, DL, TensorFlow, and GCP. Her recent recognitions include Next Generation Leader of the Year (Women in IT), Rising Star (Womxn in Data Science), WeaveSphere Developer 30 Under 30 Canada, and Runner-up, Young AI Role Model of the Year (Women in AI North America).

She is passionate about technology, community, and the intersection of AI, innovation, and impact.
