Shayanna Seymour

Hello!

My name is Shayanna. I am a freelance copy editor, proofreader, content writer and virtual assistant. I have experience in digital marketing, copy editing, customer service and writing technical and creative pieces. I have worked for a children's publishing press as a Digital Marketing Manager, managing social media touchpoints, creating newsletter content and design, and organizing digital and in-person events and campaigns. Most recently I worked in education at Centennial College as a Digital Engagement Assistant where I edited technical content for the College website and marketing materials, wrote and published copy for social media and communicated effectively with students, agents and parents over social media and email.

My educational background includes an Associates Degree in Social Studies and a Certificate in Publishing: Book, Magazine and Electronic. I have worn many hats with just shy of a decade of experience and I am excited to offer my many skills and services to you.
